Coaching centres use AdmitDesk to reply to enquiries on WhatsApp. For the personal data of parents and students, the coaching centre is the data fiduciary and AdmitDesk processes data on its behalf under a data processing agreement.
Name, WhatsApp number, messages, course interest, class, preferred batch, area, demo bookings and notes added by centre staff. For centre staff: name, email, phone and activity logs.
To answer enquiries, book demo classes, send reminders and follow-ups, and show the centre its admissions pipeline. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
If a student says they are under 18, the assistant asks for a parent's number and does not send them marketing messages.
Data is stored with encryption in transit, access is limited by role, and WhatsApp access tokens are stored encrypted.
You can ask the coaching centre, or us, to access, correct or delete your data. On WhatsApp, reply STOP to stop messages, or write "delete my data".
Centres can delete leads at any time. We delete a centre's data within 30 days of the end of its subscription unless the law requires otherwise.
