The onboarding deposit is refundable in full until the kickoff call takes place.
The setup fee is non-refundable once the assistant has gone live.
Monthly plans can be cancelled any time and stop at the end of the paid month. Prepaid plans can be refunded pro-rata for whole unused months if cancelled within the first 30 days.
